I stayed at the Sainte Claire for the first time primarily because it was the only hotel available to me through my work travel agent for immediate booking on an emergency trip. When I arrived, I immediately fell in love with the hotel's location in town, it's nice being able to walk to food, drinks, and entertainment after a long day's work or for a quick snack. The hotel itself is beautiful and while the rooms aren't as big as the Suite type hotels I'm used to, your beds are much more comfortable. Your staff was absolutely a pleasure. Every time I passed one of your team members in the hall they always said hello. The housekeepers did an excellent job with all of the deliveries that they had to make for our group and the turn down service every night. The rest of your team members were excellent in calling me by my name as much as they could and holding any door that they could. I was very impressed. So much so that we stayed three extra nights and the staff got to know us. The front desk staff was able to give us a comparable rate that we had the first two nights and we were able to stay in a beautiful room and we were so grateful we went out and got her a gift. I loved the bathroom. It has a beautiful look, especially the ceiling. The robes were perfect and the bed was comfortable and soft. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will use it in the years to come when I am in the San Jose area. -The Sainte Claire, 05/07
